Land Clearing (small lots to full acreage):
$500–$5,600 per acre
Excavation (foundations, trenching, grading, utility work):
$1,100–$5,600 typical project total (or $2.50–$15.00 per cubic yard)
Home & Barn Pads / Foundation Prep:
Often aligns with excavation + grading totals, commonly $900–$4,350 for smaller regrading/site-shaping ranges (bigger pads and heavy build sites can exceed this).
Septic Installation (site eval → tank placement → drain field):
Indiana/Indianapolis-area installs commonly total around $11,666–$12,500 (varies by system type, soil, permits/inspections).
